Updates for FabFilter One and FabFilter Volcano released
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, October 3, 2005. FabFilter has released version 1.12 of the FabFilter Volcano filter effect plug-in, and version 3.03 of the FabFilter One synthesizer plug-in. These updates are free for existing users and contain small enhancements and bug fixes. The Windows version has not been changed.
FabFilter One version 3.03 fixes a display problem in Logic on OS X (AU version), and improves graphics performance with some VST hosts on OS X, such as Cubase SX and Ableton Live 5.
FabFilter Volcano version 1.12 fixes a small AU validation problem in Logic on OS X, and improves graphics performance in some VST hosts on OS X, such as Cubase SX and Ableton Live 5.
FabFilter Volcano is available for $139 (US) as a VST plug-in for Windows, and as an Audio Units plug-in and a VST plug-in for Mac OS X. FabFilter One owners can purchase FabFilter Volcano for just $99 (US). FabFilter One is available for $59 (US) as a VST plug-in for Windows, and as an Audio Units plug-in and VST plug-in for Mac OS X. Free trial versions can be downloaded from www.fabfilter.com. System requirements are either Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) or higher with an Audio Units or VST 2 host, or Windows XP, 2000, 98, Me, or 2003, with a VST 2 host.
