Many people have been getting stuck on this. I'd suggest making the bottom bar report a selected node only https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic#comment23653 (Comment on) Fabfilter Pro Q3 activation Sun, 28 Dec 2025 19:00:28 GMT Will do that just now, thank you. https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic#comment23652 (Comment on) SHOW US that "Zero Latency" isn't, if you use spectral bands Sun, 28 Dec 2025 13:40:58 GMT Hi Peter, You should be able to see that in the bottom bar. Spectral processing is always a linear phase process. If you're not using any spectral bands, you will see the processing mode in the bottom bar (zero latency/natural phase/linear phase). If you will add a spectral band, the bottom bar will be updated with the processing mode of the non-spectral bands, followed with the spectral icon and the linear phase resolution that is used for the spectral band. https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic#comment23651 (Comment on) Fabfilter Pro Q3 activation Sun, 28 Dec 2025 13:35:55 GMT Hi Ernestas, In that case it's best to send us an email with a small video of the issue. That way we can see what's going on and provide you with your license key if needed. https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic#comment23650 (Comment on) Fabfilter Pro Q3 activation Sun, 28 Dec 2025 10:45:48 GMT Nope, on my DAW it says FabFilter Pro Q3, and on the actual plugin, when I turn it on also says "FabFilter Pro-Q 3 Evaluation". https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic#comment23649 (Comment on) ProQ 2 Download Sun, 28 Dec 2025 02:33:23 GMT Thank you!!! https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic (Topic) Auto Tracking Frequencies EQ, please Sat, 27 Dec 2025 21:43:48 GMT Fab Pro Q has a good panel for parallel viewing multiple EQ curves together while showing the high energy parts by indicating Red volume color. These is very intuitive for mixing. However, what if we step forward and make something thing revolutionary. What If the EQ nodes can automatically track some designated frequencies (like the highest energy frequencies), if high energy from low end running switch from 200hz to 500hz, the EQ nodes we've assigned can automatically switch from 200hz to... https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic (Topic) SHOW US that "Zero Latency" isn't, if you use spectral bands Sat, 27 Dec 2025 16:42:10 GMT If you're on Zero Latency mode and enable Spectral on a band, you get several thousand samples of latency—5120 (106.7 ms) for me (not sure if this varies). The UI should reflect that. There should be SOME indication that "Zero Latency" is *not* the current state of the plugin... Make "Zero Latency" red, or call it something else when there's a spectral band enabled, or something.... https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic#comment23648 (Comment on) moving ProQ4 Character module pre or post-eq Sat, 27 Dec 2025 10:20:26 GMT I agree with Tokyo. I'd like to be able to filter the harmonics generated within the instance, or to have the EQ bands themselves generate harmonics. https://www.fabfilter.com/forum/topic (Topic) Pro-Q4: please switch back to double-click anywhere for band creation Fri, 26 Dec 2025 10:05:59 GMT I've been eyeing the upgrade from Pro-Q3, which is of course my go-to EQ. As much as I like the new features in Q4, one of my biggest annoyances when testing out the Q4 is that a single click anywhere will create a new band. This is highly annoying as it leads to many accidental band creations. More annoyingly, single clicking the EQ line doesn't behave the same, it doesn't do anything, which I'm ok with, but if anything, it should be the other way around.
