Anyone else having issues getting education discount? I submitted request a couple times and haven’t gotten anything back.

Using Pro-Q 4 in Adobe Audition 2025, the Instances view is awesome BUT it doesn't show the track names, which makes it far less usefull. It simply shows the tracks as: Pro-Q Pro-Q (2) Pro-Q (3) Etc. I applied the effect via the VST3 dropdown in all instances. I've see people post with this issue in other applications and DAWs but nothing about Adobe. I'm wondering if there is a fix, something I'm missing, or I'm just out of luck and the feature is unsupported. Thanks!

Hi Jonathan, You're correct, there was an issue on the EUCON end which made us also miss a mistake on our end. The latest updates for both versions should now have fixed this.

Hi, Here also, waiting for a communication about this bug. I don't use anymore ProQ4 since i had big issues on a large session.

I don't use this feature often, but when I do, geez - I'm reminded how hard it is to access the feature. Even though I know it's somewhere within the instance list, it is far too difficult to find. I would love if this button was added to the main interface of the plugin and kept in the instance list to ensure old and new adopters of the plugin are kept happy.

I believe there are also some improvements in the 2025.10.1 Eucon release that pertain here - so also make sure you update to that version of Eucon for best results.
