Oh gosh I found the issue... the internal sidechain on Pro C-3 had a high pass filter on it. Disabling that got a much closer null, not exact but close enough. I swear I've never touched that before, dunno if it's in the default preset or I'm just going crazy haha. Thanks for your time.

Hi Frederik, thanks for the help. I uploaded a couple of dump files here: www.swisstransfer.com/d/cfe7ffa7-1f05-40d1-8941-f73dde8c2e30 Not sure if I created them correctly, so I hope they are useful. I did dry the VST2 and so far it has not crashed. If I can pass on any helpful information to the JRiver team, please let me know.

Thank you Ralph. I have uploaded a simplified Ableton project file with the issue here: drive.google.com/file/d/1rOzwyq7HHrYPvkeEJOtPaSi4wiPPNKDN/view?usp=drive_link The project is set up with the 2 tracks in the null test. A Utility on the Pro-C2 track is flipping the phase. I primarily hear those transients popping through that I mentioned, despite me dialing in what I think are the same settings. Let me know if that works.

I just briefly tried loading Pro-Q 4 and Pro-C 3 in JRiver Media Center, and it looks like the VST3 plugin support is very buggy and causes a lot of crashes. If you use the VST2 plugin versions however, it appears to work fine. Can you try that? Cheers,

Hi Mike, Can you send us the crash dump via email? The information above is not enough to determine what may be happening. To save a crash log on Windows, right-click the taskbar when the crash has occurred, and click Task Manager. In the list of tasks, locate your host. Right-click it and click Create dump file. Save the file to disk, and send it to us with a service such as Swisstransfer (it will be large). Cheers,

You should still be able to access the instance list, but it's just a very small area to click.

Hi, You can download the Total bundle installer to update most of your plug-ins. The installer is customizable so you can deselect the plug-ins you don't have, like Pro-Q 4, Pro-C 3 and Pro-R 2. Legacy plug-ins like Pro-Q 3, Pro-R, Pro-C 2 etc can be found here: www.fabfilter.com/support/downloads Hope that helps.

Hi, I have: One, Twin 2 Micro FF Saturn, Pro-C 2 Pro-DS Pro-G Pro-L 2 Pro-MB Pro-Q 3 Pro-R Saturn 2 Simplon Timeless 2 Timeless 3 Volcano 2 Volcano 2 (Mono) Volcano 3... what do I do, to get the new updates? Will it update all my existing FF plugins or do I have to individually update them - one-by-one? thanks. F
