Linear phase always have latency. We tried to make spectral mode work with minimal phase/zero latency as well, but we felt that this just did not sound right. It could be done differently under the hood, but linking the parameters is really the simplest way without having to link all kinds of values inside the plug-in code. I just happened to stumble upon the reason why it wasn't working for me anymore. You seem to have changed the behavior somehow so that in Pro Q 4, the Windows setting “Choose how many lines to scroll each time” has an effect on the scroll speed in Pro Q, i think. If the number is too high for Pro Q, it just doesn't work anymore.
