Mac already lost the ability to make bootable clones in about 2020, which was a huge loss for pro systems. I see maintenance and operations just getting more difficult with commercial operating systems as time goes on. I'm willing to switch to Reaper when the time comes. If I load Ableton with its default blank template then drop Twin 3 on the midi track, Twin 3 loads almost instantly but if I open some old projects which use Twin 3 then they are taking minutes rather than seconds to load.
