Alex HarDrum
Alexey HarDrum was Born in Minsk/Belarus in 1979, and is now one of Russia’s top music producers, working under the alias HarDrum, and specializes in various music genres. His first breakthrough was collaboration with a relatively unknown band called t.A.T.u. For their album "200km/h In The Wrong Lane" HarDrum created two amazing dance remixes of their hits "Nas ne Dogonyat" (Not Gonna Get Us) and "30 minut" (30 Minutes). HarDrum’s break beat remix of "Ya Soshla S Uma" (All The Things She Said) - later became a part of the group’s European single and went on to sell more than half a million copies.
Shortly after, his abilities led him to work with many other Russian top artists, such as duet Alsou and Enrique Iglesias, Sergey Lazarev, Valeriya, Serebro and many others. Recently, Alexey has started his projects NewTone and SilverStone. Both of them have been involved in top Russian movies, such as “Boy s Tenyu 2. Revansh” [Shadowboxing 2. Revenge], “Na Igre”, “Na Igre 2. New level” [Hooked 2. New level]. For the movie “Temniy mir 3D” [Dark world 3D] - HarDrum wrote original score music.
Alex HarDrum and FabFilter
"I heard about FabFilter plugins about two years ago, while surfing some of the VST/AU plugin review forums, and what impressed me first – was the interface. I’m calling that 'delicious interface', so when you see it – you want to check it out right now!"
"Timeless 2 delay, Volcano 2 filter – you must have them for sure! It is impressing when you can hear 'life' burning inside the core of the plugin, like it does in old good analog gear. Newly added Pro-L – fits perfectly in my mastering needs."
"I have recently used Pro-L in mastering setup of my latest tracks – NewTone – “Dark Worlds” and SilverStone – Vernis."
