Marc Carolan is a sound/mix engineer from Dundalk, Ireland. His clients include Muse, The Cure, Snow Patrol, Cesare Cremonini and No Party for Cao Dong. Marc works in both studio and live situations and enjoys bringing the strengths of each discipline to the other.
"Dynamics and colour are my obsessions, and am very partial to a good eq! In the past I’ve used a lot of large analog formats in the live domain, but have recently opted to use a more hybrid approach, as digital formats have evolved to offer new harmonic possibilities. Currently listening to Biffy Clyro, Charlie XCX, The Strokes and Orbital. Rich Costey, Mick Guzauski and Tchad Blake are my mix influences."
